Refund Policy

Refund Policy

  • Casa Italia Joyas LLC do not offer refunds. All sales are final, and refunds are not available under any circumstances.

  • Exchange Only: an exchange or store credit, are allowed for another item of equal or greater value please, initiate your request via email to casaitaliajoyas@gmail.com seven (7) days following the receipt of the item.

  • Product Condition: Items must be returned without any signs of use, in the original packaging (boxes, bags, or other), the purchase receipt, and a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange or store credit request.

  • Exchange Request Period: All exchange or store credit requests must be initiated within seven (7) days of receiving the item.

  • Return Process: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received without any signs of use.
  1. The item must be postmarked for return within 7 days of the original receipt.
  2. Costumers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  3. Returns can be facilitated at our store location.
  4. Initiate a return by contacting us at casaitaliajoyas@gmail.com.

  • Returned Items Condition: Upon receipt and inspection, an e-gift card for store credit or notification of replacement merchandise shipment will be issued within 2 to 7 business days.
  • Damages Items: Items in not good condition, damaged, or with missing parts may result in a denial of the exchange or store credit request.

  • Shipping Issues: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we can resolve the issue promptly.
