Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States.

Orders of $1,200 or More

Orders with a value of $1,200 or more qualify for free insured standard shipping.

Orders Under $1,200

Orders with a value below $1,200 are subject to a $25 flat shipping fee for standard shipping.

Express Shipping

If you need your order sooner, Express Shipping is available upon request.

Delivery Location

For security reasons, Casa Italia Joyas does not ship directly to residential addresses.

All orders are shipped to an authorized UPS or FedEx location, where the customer must personally pick up the package.

A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order is required at the time of pickup.

Package Inspection

We encourage customers to inspect their package before accepting it. If you notice any signs of damage or tampering, please notify the shipping carrier immediately and contact our customer service team.
