Return Policy
1. Return Period
We accept returns within 14 days of product delivery. After 14 days, returns will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received. Additionally, it must include all original accessories and tags. Returns of customized or modified products according to customer specifications will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To initiate the return process, the customer should contact our customer service team through our website or via email. Detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return will be provided, and necessary information such as the order number and item details will be requested.
4. Return Shipping
We offer free shipping when you make the purchase, for all returns within the 14-day period the costumer must pay the return shipping. Once the return request has been processed, we will provide a prepaid shipping label that the customer can use to send the item back. It is recommended that the customer keep the shipping receipt as proof of return.
5. Inspection and Refund
Upon receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect it to verify if it meets the return conditions mentioned above. If the item is in good condition, the corresponding refund will be processed within 5 business days.
6. Refund Fee
For Refunds requested by the customer, charges corresponding to administrative expenses charged by the Shopify platform will be applied.
7. Final Sale Items
We do not offer any final sale items. Therefore, all products are subject to the same return and refund conditions mentioned above.
