Return Window

Returns may be requested within 15 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

** Unused.
** In the same condition in which they were received.
** Returned with their original packaging.
** Free of any alterations or damage.

All returned items will be inspected before a store credit is issued.

Refund Method

Casa Italia Joyas does not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which may be applied toward a future purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error made by Casa Italia Joyas or a verified manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

** Personalized or engraved jewelry.
** Special orders.
** Items modified at the customer’s request.

• Products showing signs of wear or damage after delivery.
